Personal Development
In every area of our lives success or failure stems from an underlying set of personal beliefs, drives and assumptions.
These act as automatic filters through which we view and experience the world. Some of these filters serve us well; others
hold us back.
Kay's course offering provides Personal Development training to both individuals and corporate clients and is designed
to challenge current paradigms, and open up new possibilities.
Courses cover a range of subjects and employ a variety of techniques with interactive experiences, lectures, participative
exercises and feedback all playing a part.
Homeopathy
Kay offers a series of courses and seminars on Homeopathy - a system of medicine based on three principles:
Like cures Like
Minimal Dose
The Single Remedy
Courses range from introductory seminars covering the basics of homeopathic principles, philosophy, terminology and prescribing
to more advanced sessions dealing with particular health issues, and aimed at specific groups such as midwives, nurses, alternative
health practitioners, etc.
Personal Coaching
Kay will work with you to identify short, medium and long term goals that are positive and achievable.
The frequency and duration of sessions are individualised, and the approach to coaching is personalised, according to
the areas of your life you would most like to see change or growth in.
For instance, if you want to redress the work/play balance, time in nature may enable you to remember what is most important
to you.
If an improvement in your work performance is required, performance coaching may be the solution.
If a health improvement is needed, then lifestyle coaching may be the approach to choose.
