Mary Naughton is an Independent consultant who specialises in helping people recover and regain their self-esteem after trauma
and stress.
She has worked in the healthcare field since 1966 as a registered nurse, both in the NHS and private sector, with a particular
focus and interest in reconstructive plastic surgery, non-invasive treatments, post-traumatic stress disorders, and phobias.
Mary Naughton has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years, and taught the Transactional Analysis module of the
BA (Hons) Applied Communications Studies degree course at the Manchester Metropolitan University.
She has also had extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy and NLP.
She teaches people powerful, life changing techniques so that they can reclaim control of their lives.
Phobias, panic attacks, protracted grief, post-traumatic stress disorder and obsessions are some of the conditions she
deals with on a regular basis.
Mary has developed and delivered courses for individuals, groups and the corporate market.
Her emphasis has always been on the belief that we all have the ability to create the life we want, and sometimes in order
to achieve this, we have to remove layers of faulty thinking and self-defeating behaviour.
