Janet Broughton has over 20 years experience of teaching, training, mentoring, coaching, staff management and development, and has spent many years supporting young people and adults in schools, colleges, universities, Job Centres, and businesses successfully through career changes.


A Member of the Chartered Management Institute and the British Holistic Medical Association, Janet offers a unique combination of qualifications and experience from which all forward-thinking organisations can benefit.

Her business experience is rooted in both the private and public sectors, and includes roles as a business proprietor, lecturer in further and higher education, senior management, Head of Vocational Training, programme management, Business Education Advisor and Equality and Diversity Advisor.

She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education Management and a Masters Degree in Post-16 Education and Training Policy.

Janet's skills are applicable to both organisations and individuals, and her course and workshop offerings are structured appropriately.
