Chris has over 25 years leadership experience with FTSE 100 financial services companies and has been coaching since 1991.

He led and trained the team that delivered the ground breaking Woolwich Openplan banking service.

Chris has achieved Certified NLP European Coach status.
He is an accredited Myers Briggs practitioner and is a certified Master NLP practitioner.

Chris lives in West Cumbria with his wife Ruth and enjoys walking the local fells.
