As a teenager Robert spent most weekends in London helping his father in the various restaurants he ran. Always willing to
learn new skills he spent most of his formative years mixing in social situations and picking up tips working in places like
Harrods and Deals in Chelsea Harbor.
Robert started his working life in hotels as a hall porter at the age of 17 and then started his own business providing
housekeeping services to high income bracket clients.
After developing the business he successfully sold it to a friend who still runs the business today.
Having spent time working in the private sector, Robert decided to move over to this line in work on a more permanent
basis using the knowledge and experience gained working for many wealthy families.
His first full time role was working as a man Friday / general factotum for a self made man and wife team and their family
in their executive home.
Robert then dedicated himself to improving on his natural abilities for working in service and has worked for many clients
over the years, all the time looking to improve on his service skills.
He has now reached the point where he has been a Butler / house manager for many years, working on a large private estate
in the North of England, and he has developed a series of courses designed to pass on his client service skills.
The courses cover etiquette, excellence in service, hospitality, and the ability to interact with customers in a positive
and professional manner whilst giving value added service that will delight them.
Hoteliers, Hospitality organisations, Restaurant chains, and any organisation that interacts with clients at the highest
level will benefit from Robert's offer.
